Was not a seamless process, too much miscommunication between staff. Process was not handled thoroughly before it was communicated twice that I would be able to purchase a car. Was told by manager that I had all that I needed to complete the process, just for me to be told otherwise more than once. They tried to offer me another vehicle based on what I qualified for after the fact. After this, I refused to continue doing business with them.
