Went in to just look around. Was shown vehicles by one of the sales reps. Went in to see about a pre qualification for a vehicle and a rough estimate on payments. Asked before to make sure that it wouldn't be a hard inquiry on our credit. Was informed it would not be a hard inquiry, and it wouldn't affect our credit. Had to wait over 30 days for a service appointment on my Kia Sorento. They ran diagnostics on day of appointment for $204. I did not have them fix it due to cost of repairs and they only offered a 12 month warranty on a new engine. So I gave the car to an acquaintance who lives out of town. He came to tow it to his home and no one could locate the key. They did nothing to make this right. I have a Volvo and I was very very disappointed with the service department again. I guess I have to travel to another Dealership.
The manager has a very poor business approach. They will definitely overcharge you, as their prices are significantly higher than the blue book value. Additionally, they impose unnecessary fees that further inflate the final cost.
