Customer service here is not great for the price they charge for membership. This is my third bad experience. I walked in to make changes to my membership. I let the front desk know this. I was told to take a seat as there was 1 person ahead me. That person was called by one of the membership personnel. About five minutes later another membership personnel arrive at her office.
