They don't seem to care if they sell your information without your consent but don't express your feelings over it. So I was banned from the office because after asking 3 times to only be contacted when I bring in a pet. Erin was nice enough to explain what I should have done, which was simply accept this privacy invasion and was displeased the receptionist was upset by me. Pet care is good.
