Awful service, deceptive on pricing when you call to get prices, officer manager or whatever her title is that sits at the front desk is rude and hateful. Will never do business here again and hate that as we like the vets there, but the office staff out front are absolutely horrible!
The Vet is great. The front office is kind of rude honestly.
This place had good service, fair prices, they hit all the check marks for a 5 star review. My daughter initially did a 1 star review, because she’s the ‘vet’ in the family and when there the tech was a little dismissive of her input. I felt this too so I docked a star. But certainly not a 1 star experience. The vet himself was great too and no major issues by any staff. I don’t see any reason why we’d go anywhere else, you’re in good hands here.
