Everyone was nice and helpful
My dog recently received a teeth cleaning here. After, I was informed he had one tooth removed and that he didn’t really use that one anyways. When I got home I realized he had atleast 6-8 teeth removed that I was not informed of. Regardless if it was medically necessary or not, I feel like that is something I should have been informed of. These people are greedy, they don't care about your pet or you. I took my cat there for a UTI thinking that they would sell me some antibiotics to give to her and no, they have to do a ton of expensive test and said that she didn't have a UTI. 24 hours later she got worse and I took her back in and they did the same test again but now she has a UTI. After giving her a 7 day antibiotic she relapsed and guess what? Yep bring ger back in and test again. Yes still has UTI. The whole ordeal cost me over $800. There is no sense fo... read more
