This place has no organization. You can’t get appointment for weeks. I called them 3 days before my appointment to let them know my phone was off and to give alternate number, I was told they were adding it to my file. On the day of my appointment I didn’t receive a call so I called them for customer service to tell me something about the system is transitioning to a new system. Then she said it’s a note your phone was off when we called. Clearly that’s why I called 3 days ahead of time to tell them. Now my child has no milk... read more
