Been going to Dr. Jones and the ladies for over 30 years . They are the best from top to bottom .
Our cat was having issues where she couldn't eat because of a bad painful abcess. They diagnosed her issue and told us she needed the tooth pulled. We asked them to schedule a surgery for her and they came back with no availability for THREE MONTHS! Our cat would have died in that time from pain and starvation! So Dr. Jackson is my pets veterinarian and he is the best. Let me tell you why I gave this place 3 stars. We have several animals that go here and today we visit to take one of our dogs to find out that the pet package for his age jumped from a $250 deposit to $400. I feel like we should have been notified of the steep deposit increase. When I spoke with the front desk representative, I was told that corporate doesn't tell them when there is a price increase. Hello this was my first time there and when I tell you they are they best they are extremely the best from front desk so welcoming to the nurse to the doctors and to the receptionist to check this out they all were amazing people.
