Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Appointment was on time. All of the staff once we went back were so kind and knowledgeable. No one was pushy and it wasn't a money grab like we've experienced at other vets. Highly recommend. Update after a follow-up appointment: Was given a test without a price quote first and had sticker shock when the appointment was over. Also, was unaware of the follow-up appointment cost, which I guess is my fault.
Been with this vet for 12 years. They were amazing all the way from our first visit with our first dog to our last visit with our first dog when we had to put him down. We still go for our two cats and Dr. Jackson is the best. He genuinely cares about animals and being affordable for everyone.
Today was our first time visiting them and we truly only have positive things to say. We have 4 dogs, 3 of them had their vaccines and yearly check up due. We were treated so well by all the staff and Dr. Jackson. Two of our dogs are anxious but they managed them so well. We will be back soon for future appointments.
Very friendly and nice atmosphere. For the place to be a vet, it was very clean and smelled nice. I was greeted with a warm welcome, from the team and they treated my Harley with tender loving care! 10/10 would recommend. And to add I’m allergic to pet dander and they had tissue..on deck! Lol can get a bit pricey but not break the bank pricey.
Had to take my 129lb fur baby in for an emergency during the ice storm. My initial contact over the phone with them was very informative. The receptionist did not rush me, she took time to listen to me, asked me questions about my fur baby & ensured that I understood everything. When I arrived, the clinic was cleaned, calm & welcoming.
