Became a Comfort Club member for semi-annual checkups. On the first visit they said I needed to replace filter...they told me to go under the house to do it myself because they had no filter. On second visit I requested they replace my filter this time, I was told this required 2 Service Charges, one to Inspect, one to Install the filter. Complained, they did install the filter for extra $100.00 just like they sell at Home Depot for $10.00. SCREWED.
