They installed my system 5 years ago. 8K. and messed it up, didn't fit, had to bring a new unit because they didn't use a yardstick first. Larry, Curly, Moe staff. Total cluster. Then inspector rejected the laughably bad ductwork. Had 10 year parts warranty on EVERYTHING in writing, and even clarified on invoice that it included furnace, AC, AND thermostat. Became a Comfort Club member for semi-annual checkups. On the first visit they said I needed to replace filter...they told me to go under the house to do it myself because they had no filter. On second visit I requested they replace my filter this time, I was told this required 2 Service Charges, one to Inspect, one to Install the filter. Complained, they did install the filter for extra $100.00 just like they sell at Home Depot for $10.00. SCREWED.
