I have lived here for about four years now, and the staff is very responsive and kind. Auggie, the maintenance manager, is so great! He goes above and beyond to ensure your living space is safe and well cared for. He is also very kind and always a friendly face to see around the place. Definitely makes the place worth living in.
Emailed management ( manager: Whitney) for inaccurate charge and never got a response. Ended up paying false payments. They only respond when it is in their advantage. Renter beware….
Old, moldy, and unfriendly. I wouldn’t recommend. The maintenance guy is a great guy tho! Laundry isn’t in-unit and breaks, and the proprietary card requires topping up from a machine that breaks, and the staff are useless to help you. Got a cough that lasted for months from all the black mold in my apartment. For your own health, safety, and sanity, stay away.

So I don't actually live here. I'm a delivery driver. I had to use the elevator to the top floor to reach a customer. Immediately when going up the elevator, it made a loud bang and shook. I looked a the permit on the wall and it was expired. Hazardous Place. I'd leave pictue as proof but it seems I'm not able to.
