Our food was delicious! Had gluten free pizza with mushrooms and Italian sausage. Service was great. I'd give it 5. Stars
Usually I'm thrilled- however tonight's service was terribly less than subpar. Quotes 20 minute wait time, showed up 20 minutes later, quoted an additional 10 minutes. No problem. Until I waited 26 minutes additional. And was told "well we're busy" that is not acceptable customer service. I understand being busy, but I waited 46 minutes more than double my quoted wait and wasn't even apologized to. The gentleman I dealt with a majority of the time was at least very friendly.
