So incredibly Uncompassionate and cold. Not professional whatsoever. Met her for the first time today and didn’t have any human decency, no less medical. She didn’t even introduce herself or shake my hand. She didn’t tell me what was going on with me or what was going to happen next. The negative comment about Dr Fayad is BS! I had to speak out. Dr Fayad helped me deal with PTSD caused by my military service and witnessing a horrible incident when I was 7. With a background in the military , I wasn't a big fan of opening up to anyone, especially a stranger. Dr Fayad was different than most other Doctors I had seen. She had true compassion for my situation and the expertise to help me. I am much better now and learned many of things that had worked against me.
