Fay is absolutely amazing! She uses the highest quality pigments & needles and state of the art techniques. She is so kind & takes time to explain everything to you. I had my eyes (top & bottom) & brows corrected by her. I look new, fresh, & younger!!! She is a 10 out of 10!!! I am going back for my lips!!
I recently went to Mrs.Fay for my eyebrows tattooed. I was so nervous and excited all at the same time not knowing what to expect from such a major decision on my face.
