Had to call multiple times to get ahold of someone. When I finally got someone I was told she was going to talk to her technician and get back to me. Never got back to me. Gave it a couple days and tried again. Had to call multiple times again. Finally got her again and was told the same thing, she would call her technicians and get back to me. Never called me back. This company repaired 3 cracked outer storm windows for me, within 2 days, at a wonderful price, and they now look as good as new, [didn't think that was a possibility as who knows how old they are as they're from a 1950 house!]. I couldn't have asked to be treated any better than I was by the gentleman present there both on the day I dropped them off for repair and the pickup day.
