We had a window replaced at our hotel, and Fay-West Glass Co did an outstanding job! The team was professional, efficient, and friendly from start to finish. The new window looks perfect, and the installation was done quickly and cleanly. We’re 100% satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass repair or replacement.

If I could give zero stars that's what they would get. On March 16th we called to have a window replaced. They came and measured the same day and happily took full payment of $403, and told us the window would be here in two weeks. The check was cashed that day. Then.... crickets. Nothing for three weeks when we had to call them back. We were told it would be in on Wednesday and then they would be over to install. Then we called again on Thursday. Fay West Glass is fantastic. I’ve used them twice now, and both times they had exactly what I needed the same day. Fast service, fair prices, and super reliable. Definitely my go-to glass shop in the area. Highly recommend.

We have had nothing but problems with this place. I ordered the glass for my back window on my car on April 7th was supposed to get that Saturday and was strung along for the whole next week while asking for a refund I was told he could not give me a refund because he had too much invested in it now all of a sudden he can give me a refund but I've been waiting 8 Days a business days so far I feel it's a shady company and they do not know how to treat their customers when you tell a customer you will call them back you call t... read more

This company repaired 3 cracked outer storm windows for me, within 2 days, at a wonderful price, and they now look as good as new, [didn't think that was a possibility as who knows how old they are as they're from a 1950 house!]. I couldn't have asked to be treated any better than I was by the gentleman present there both on the day I dropped them off for repair and the pickup day.
