If I could give zero stars that's what they would get. On March 16th we called to have a window replaced. They came and measured the same day and happily took full payment of $403, and told us the window would be here in two weeks. The check was cashed that day. Then.... crickets. Nothing for three weeks when we had to call them back. We were told it would be in on Wednesday and then they would be over to install. Then we called again on Thursday. We have had nothing but problems with this place. I ordered the glass for my back window on my car on April 7th was supposed to get that Saturday and was strung along for the whole next week while asking for a refund I was told he could not give me a refund because he had too much invested in it now all of a sudden he can give me a refund but I've been waiting 8 Days a business days so far I feel it's a shady company and they do not know how to treat their customers when you tell a customer you will call them back you call t... read more
