I dropped off my side-by-side at ***-Myers Motorcycle World on 6/20 for a damage estimate and was told it might take several days. Shop your business for service carefully,, our experience is that they ***** the h*** out of labor rates,If you have a repair where they will have the plastic off the bike and get an oil change and cables etc they charge you the labor rate for each task separately, this results in a HUGE difference..We had an oil change and quick shifter installed along with a Warranty item a gas cap that was not vapor sealing properly ( had to diagnose ) this resulted in fuel vapors in the garage that were much to strong to not fix.Warranty... read more

We purchased two, new Kawasaki street bikes and Scot made the entire process fun and stress-free. He has an abundance of personal experience and insight and does an amazing job of listening and providing suggestions. He stayed an hour after closing time to ensure that we could place down-payment on both bikes and was amazingly accommodating for the several weeks that we were shopping. We were in the market for my wife's first street bike and Scot was extremely helpful in selecting the right bike. He really listened to our wants and concerns and was extremely professional and accommodating. The entire experience, including the closing with Danielle was easy and quick. Girlfriends review is a going to be under this one, this issue has still not been resolved and your dealership refused to buy this bike back today because of YOUR mistake on the paperwork. The bike cannot be plated or registered and this issue has been going on for 11 months now, a 4K paperweight sitting in the garage. Highly disappointed in the management at this dealership and the sales staff who can’t even buy the bike back for half so she can get out of her loan. So I took my 19 Sportsman 570 due to a no start condition. Diagnosis was quick. Intake lash too tight, seems to be a common issue, due to dirt ingestion. Went up to have them explain how even possible and the SM and Tech explained how they think it happened. Far fetched but not worth my breath arguing. Told them to call my Extended warranty and were reluctant at first but eventually said they would. Huge selection of toys for the big boys as well as gear and accessories. The sales staff here is friendly and very knowledgeable. They take trade-ins as well.

Vincent R DE Garbo i bought a 2019 Ducati panigale v4 from ray. I love the bike i got a fair deal . I read pos. and neg> reviews well theres 3 sides to every story my side the dealers side and the truth, ive recieved respect as i give it. I M retired united states navy special warfare command the world is full of human beings and we all make mistakes. Ive had good experience with Fay Myers.
