We purchased two, new Kawasaki street bikes and Scot made the entire process fun and stress-free. He has an abundance of personal experience and insight and does an amazing job of listening and providing suggestions. So I took my 19 Sportsman 570 due to a no start condition. Diagnosis was quick. Intake lash too tight, seems to be a common issue, due to dirt ingestion. Went up to have them explain how even possible and the SM and Tech explained how they think it happened. Far fetched but not worth my breath arguing. Told them to call my Extended warranty and were reluctant at first but eventually said they would. My friend and I worked with Bryan Miller to get pre approved to pick up two 2019 kx450’s and he made it an flawless experience. There were some hiccups but he was able to get around them with ease. Very supportive and realistic on the best way to get this all done. We were able to get our bikes. These guys are awesome
Came in on Saturday with a friend of mine and we both were ready to buy bikes. Ran into some issues with my friend’s bike when we tried to get it titled so we couldn’t trade it in. Worked with Chris Ortega and he was awesome. We were able to get around some things and he made it happen. We both walked out with brand new 2019 KX450s
