Leased a 2026 GMC Terrain. I asked about the registration fee and I was told that was the fee to for registrations of the GMC. I said so I will have to pay this again in August when my registration runs out again. Was told yes. 4 days later I received a call that my registration is ready and I owed more money. I said no I don't because I had already asked and was told the fee was to register the GMC. The salesperson never said it is our fee. Bought a used 2021 Cadillac xt4 sport from Fay’s a month ago now and I had a great buying experience! When my new car wasn’t ready until a day later than expected and I was out a vehicle for a day, I was given a loaner car until I could pick mine up the next day. This made for a smooth buying process and I’d definitely use Fay’s again!
