Super helpful and kind staff, resized my watch within a couple minutes. While other jewelers said they couldn’t due to a lock Fay did it within a couple minutes. I’d recommend them to anyone wanting quality work!

The location's atmosphere is definitely 100 percent hood surrounded by a Liquor store, check cashing banks, ect. everything you might need right around this place. The employees are definitely very friendly and helpful. I have been inside once and talked to them on the phone once. They seem like good people. I will update the review later after I have had more interactions. I'm looking forward to the update.
