I don’t normally leave Google reviews but was compelled to write one after I saw the cruel, unkind comments of anonymous Google reviewers. Let it be known that Dr. Fay was an EXTREMELY QUALIFIED (Tufts Dental School), EXCELLENT DENTIST prior to his retirement. Dr Fay built a successful practice serving the Palm Beach region from his office on Flagler Drive, where he was the go-to dentist for decades. I'd honestly give this dump ZERO stars if I could! This guy seriously needs to retire! He doesn't know what he's doing. No wonder why they're not busy & the the old hag receptionist has such a bad attitude to compliment her hideousness ! They honestly tell you anything to get you into the door and then offer poor service. All their equipments are outdated as well.
I would not recommend this dentist ! I received a filling today and I feel duped ! I requested to have a tooth colored filling and they informed me that I would have just that. However, the dentist gave me mixed messages. First he said that I might need a root canal but he would not know unless he started drilling away at the cavity first ! Which makes no sense at all. This dentist removed my wisdom tooth and wrote a prescription for pain management incorrectly to where the Pharmacist could not accept it. Called the office back to go back and get a new script for pain and Doctor Fay refused to write a new script and stated that I did not need pain medication...even though he prescribed vicodin originally. Now I am sitting here in pain and bleeding all in my mouth with NOTHING to help. Horrible dentist.
