My experience at Faxon garage has been great. From brakes and tire balancing, suspension to oil change. Solid work from the fellas and the customer service is phenomenal. I’m really happy with the work they did on my Toyota 4 runner. Don’t hesitate to give these guys a visit.
This shop is the best! Excellent service. Easy to make an appointment and to communicate with. Super trustworthy group of mechanics. This is the only place I’ll take my car for services.
Update: since my last review we have been to the garage a couple times. They have always been amazing. We will continue to use this garage whenever needed. This is the garage that my wife has used for her vehicles for years. I however have only used it one time. I brought the car in for a leak from an unknown location. Faxon Garage provided excellent service when my limited-edition Toyota 4_Runner encountered a locked steering wheel issue that prevented it from starting. Based on recommendations from two friends, I had the vehicle towed to Faxon Garage for repairs. I went to Faxon Garage and felt very uncomfortable with my experience. They did a diagnostic that cost $195, but I was never told this price beforehand or asked for verbal consent. They just handed me a folded paper, and since I was in a rush, I didn’t notice the fee. I didn’t sign anything either. I accept part of the responsibility for not reading carefully, but I also believe shops should be upfront and transparent with their customers.
