Brought my father in-laws Highlander in several months ago and had the water pump and thermo stat replaced. Fast forward 6 months. The oil change place they’ve been going to says they need a new water pump. Brought the vehicle in. This place is incredible. My Audi was giving me all sorts of problems. I was not able to pass smog due to engine issues and I had an intermittent problem w oil pressure too low for months. Mark and the Faxon team worked with me every step of the way to explain the repairs and the cost, so I felt comfortable that they were necessary and I knew what I was paying for.
