I moved into Faxon Commons a month ago and have had a terrible experience. My maintenance and pest control requests (including a rat issue) haven’t been handled for weeks, even though they’re marked “completed.” The leasing office staff, especially Angela, are rude and unhelpful — they ignore residents and don’t answer calls. Only Andrew has been polite and professional. Very disappointed in the management here.
Staff very welcoming & helpful. Maintenance always on site if there's any problems. Daily cleaning of all the buildings. À pool. Tennis court. Only thing is the tennis court is usually filled with about 50/60 kids after 430pm. Pool Also has lounge chairs ,tables with umbrellas (if you need a little shade) and grills to cook, Also a great gym. On site laundry in the building. Courteous and lovely staff that always care. The people in my building are so kind and caring which makes staying here feel like home.
The maintenance sucks and staff is extremely rude. For simply maintenance they take a month of time and even then they do not fix and give false promises.
