I've taken my Toyota Corolla there for repairs a couple times since moving here a few years ago. Both times they gave me estimates that were more affordable and more thorough than other shops in town. From talking with them while waiting for my car to be finished, it's clear that they take pride in the work that they do and treating their customers fairly and respectfully. If you are new to town, or if you have lived here for some time but need a new car mechanic, I highly highly recommend Fawzi's on the west side of town. It's a family-run, friendly, trustworthy and dependable shop that has been in the community for over 15 years.

It has been a blessing to find you out of those auto repair shops in Ann Arbor. It has been a wonderful 7 years and you treat us all like family. You are honest and always on top of the game for both of our cars. My kids, enjoy their visit every time and enjoy their 'amo' Fawzi with his lollipops for them. I have been recommending you to our friends! Unfortunately we are moving to North Dakota and will definitely miss you guys!

I would prefer to know something needs to be fixed while it is being serviced versus having my vehicle breaking down somewhere at a later inconvenient time. That's why I will continue to go to Fawzi's. I could not imagine better service.

I would prefer being charged a little more if you can give me the confidence my vehicle is in good hands. I am into time management and I do not worry Fawzi missed something; in fact they are very thorough. I would prefer to know something needs to be fixed while it is being serviced versus having my vehicle breaking down somewhere at a later inconvenient time. That's why I will continue to go to Fawzi's. I could not imagine better service.

Bob and I both wanted to thank you for giving Ben's car the "parental once..or twice over." His 193,000 mile car made the 3,000 mile mountainous trip to Seattle safe and sound. We appreciate the work you did..And the "Mia" discount.
