Very kind and helpful doctor, not sure why the rating is so low
She has the worst possible staff. Not professional at all. Straight up lied to me about dr’s availability and when i caught it, didn’t budge. Changed the doctor after 14 years going there. Enough

I hate her because she gives my children a shot
A very good pediatrician by all means.Well mannered, professional and takes time to look at your child with care and concern.The staff are horrible though, not skilled or informed about deskwork or the job required of them.They either don't respond to your queries or have no knowledge of basic insurance or documentation requirements.Most are very rude and unprofessional when spoken to.Fortunately I had to change to a different PCP because of my insurance requirement and was gladly saved from their subpar customer service.Thi... read more
