Poorly built construction. Water pressure at it's best is no more than a dribble. Floors in some of the units have literally just fell out to the ground below. drug dealers and criminals do live here despite the background checks. Bi-monthly pest spray is charged in your rent, they only come about once per quarter--some units have cockroaches. Buildings are not square making it hard to close doors at times.
