Have lived here for almost 6 yrs now and even though it’s not the five star rating situation or place to live in I had an OK relationship with the past management who would hear out my concerns and address them properly. Tried to get into fawnbrook with my finace and they took 2 and half months and there was still nothing. Then they wanted more pay stubs because it had taken so long. The assistant manger was very helpful in so many ways. But due to her manager leaving her without the proper training nothing got done. I would recommend applying a few months in advaced, or not at all.

Lots of problems with upper apartment. Above Apt 105. Large German shepherd dog 3 large cats horrible noise. A child with mental issues and mother also has issues. I have written and video all the screaming and kid stroping and jumping off furniture with no restrictions.. I've had doctor bills from stress from Their no respect to people around them.. it's been a horrible experience after living here in peace for 5 years..
