Have been here since September and it has been great. Neighbors keep to themselves, staff is friendly, maintenance requests have been done in a timely manner. Love it
Need more then just Cable need more options directv or Dish
I had a friend that lived in these apartments. There are roaches there like you have never seen in your life. I mean hundreds of them sworming the apartment. When i would turn a light on they would scatter up the wall. My friend had to go to the ER because a roach had entered his ear canal while he was sleeping. You are probably better off sleeping under a brige. That is my two cents.
I’ve lived in Fawn Ridge since June of this year & so far I love it! The ladies in the office are very friendly, & the maintenance team has taken care of all my issues in a very timely manner. I have nice/quiet neighbors & overall It’s been a really positive experience for me & my 3 year old!
