Jody in the McHenry location is rude. They denied me and I know they never checked any of my income, employers, or my credit score. So $253.00 and she did nothing.
Worst management ever Silvia the lady at the office is not helpful at all our building is nasty and getting worse every day I can’t believe that we when to the office to let them know that it was dog poop on the hallway and nothing they don’t care we paid rent on time and they always find a way to charged me with late payment fee always blame on my bank saying that the bank stopped the payment or even saying that I have not enough money on my account I used to love this apartments but not anymore.
Office hours change all the time and without notice. No office hours on the weekends. No call backs from the office staff when messages are left.
Love the complex they always take care of complaints promptly.
I'm giving it a 4 Star rating because nothings perfect, and I hate Apartments.
Horrible place to live. Management is terrible. They're all very rude and don't remember things you tell them. People are CONSTANTLY slamming the front doors to the complexes. Handymen are terrible at their jobs. The paint on our walls look like crap, looks like they sloppily put the paint on the walls. Drug dealer living in the building I live in. Very poor place to live.
Its a nice peaceful and friendly apartments
