Once Fawn was able to connect us with the right people and explore the possibilities, we discovered it was possible and we couldn’t be happier!
Fawn helped us sell our first home and she was phenomenal from the beginning to the end! She went the extra mile for us in every way she could, she even cleaned dust that had gathered in our house before the open house since it'd been vacant for a few weeks. She's incredibly personable and truly cares about her clients, can't recommend her enough!
My wife and I really enjoyed working with Fawn to sell our house! She worked so hard and was very innovative by using drone footage, magazine style pamphlets featuring our home, staging furniture, professional videos, and various social media posts to advertise our home. This resulted in full open houses and competitive offers just mere days after going on the market! 10/10 would recommend!
Fawn was incredible throughout this entire process, going above and beyond at every opportunity. She explained every step in detail and took away the stress! She even cleaned up after a leak was discovered in the water heater. She also reached out to the seller without hesitation, to get the water heater replaced before closing. I've always found the home selling/buying process stressful, but Fawn ensured everything progressed smoothly! I'll never use another realtor!
