very rude, very unprofessional, Dr walla I don’t why he got so much attitude
Terrible experience with this clinic. I was a patient here for many years throughout my childhood, but have now been denied medical care simply because I hadn’t visited in the past 12 months. Really disappointing to see such a lack of care for long term patients.
Not helpful at all. Was told the doctor only accepts patients he has seen last 12 months. God forbid you don"t get sick in the last 12 months, you won't have a doctor anymore. Was rejected eventhough i had been a patient there before and they had my file. Might as well close the place down.
I was a regular patient a couple of years ago, but due to the unprofessional behaviour, I have left the centre. Based on my own experience, I also do not recommend seeing Dr Luma.staff are rude as well
