The old man that looks like he's dying from something is such a rude bitter geezer. The older lady that works the front desk is a sweetheart and the guy from the back in the warehouse also really cool. But if you see a pale face old guy that looks like a barfly avoid him at all costs the sad part is I think he may be one of the owners. Terrible individual doesn't know the first thing about customer service
