The worst company ever. I had Noars for over 20 years then Fawcett bought out Noars in Sept 2017, Jan of 2018 just 4 months after the merge I ran out of oil. I’m on auto delivery so this should NEVER happen. Now it’s January again their truck ran out of oil so although I was scheduled for deliver they didn’t get to me. My tank is on EMPTY - I called them and they sent someone out to give me a couple gallons of oil and assured me they would be out first thing today. Apparently who ever answers the phone told my elderly parents two weeks for delivery, when they were told Feb. 23rd the other day. And told to call back to check if any earlier. Then that person has the nerve to tell them, both in their 70's, to go to the gas station and get a 5 gallon jug of diesel fuel to fill their tank! This is after my parents told them that they were older and could not go without the heat!
