Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is horrendous. I signed up for auto delivery and was supposed to get 30 cents off per gallon. They refuse to honor that discount. They also jack their prices up so you think you are getting a “deal” when they give you a small discount. Will never even think about using them to provide heating oil again.

I should've read the reviews before scheduling my oil delivery but I was so busy I didn't. We just moved into our first home in an unfamiliar area and needed oil. They were able to schedule 4 days out. I only ordered 100 gallons, the minimum because after buying a house and having to remodel and spending so much money on incidentals I can't afford to fill my tank.
