Awful customer service. I cancelled my account way back in March and just got a bill for over $1100 (May 20th).. they said that they never got notice of my account closure and to go punch sand when I tried to return it.... Had an issue with the heater they installed turning on and off intermediately and they refused to come and fix it...Also charging over $5/ gallon is highway robbery right now.... Absolutely would not recommend
Long time customer and I’m embarrassed to say that I’ve been complacent in ignoring their poor service and no shows for far too long. This most recent scheduled service not only was another no show, but was not given the courtesy of a phone call to reschedule. Time to get going and start looking for another oil company.
I would definitely go to any other company, fawcett energy overcharges for the price of oil my bill was $1100+ at $4.90 a gallon, average price online is $3.50 per gallon to $3.70 per gallon I called and talked to customer service and they give me some wacky excuses like well we also do service which I pay a different price for so the fact that they use this as an excuse is a joke.
