I turned them away a few weeks ago because oil prices was extremely high. Had already requested to not be on automatic delivery. I wake up yesterday morning 8am to an oil bill in door. Called them they said " in the call notes I would get back to them. They are always higher than anyone else for oil under the guise of a service policy. But the tune-up are not included and cost significantly more than finding a tech on your own. Poor organizational inner works. Canceled them.
Please don’t fill my basement up with heating oil.
Fawcett has the highest prices for home heating oil. Not even close to competitive!!
Edit - several years later. Highest priced oil in the area and terrible customer service, what a combo for success. Pics attached, billing me 6.30 / gallon when everyone else in the surrounding 30 miles is under 5.00. I might actually take this to the AG or BBB because this company is a top notch failure and theif. I see your response, I rent this house from family so it's not under my name.
