Horrible price gougers!! I checked my elderly parents account and Fawcett charged them $4.15 per gallon of heating oil. The current prices I can get from many other local companies are $3.15. That's a 31% rip-off! How can they treat their customers like this? My parents are not sophisticated enough to shop around. Whomever is reading this, I hope you are.

Fantastic job done by multiple techs. It was a difficult job where the issue was difficult to resolve, but all of the technicians were persistent and thorough and did a fantastic job of finally solving the problem.
Unfortunately I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They installed a new tank in my home in 2021. Three years later, it is leaking oil (see picture). I bought oil from them for 2 years but switched away after realizing they get customers on a delivery contract and then charge about 75 cents per gallon more than the market price. Because I no longer buy oil from them, they are refusing to fix the tank that they poorly installed.
