Had a problem with my central ac unit during a heatwave. There service dept had a service tech at my house quickly. I really appreciate the quick response I got.
We have been a Fawcett customer for over 20 years. Every single experience has been positive.They are efficient, knowledgable and responsive. We have been in a pinch before, needing their services ASAP, and that's how they acted. They responded and arrrived the same day.We would recommend them to anyone who is looking for an energy supplier and dependable service.

Horrible price gougers!! I checked my elderly parents account and Fawcett charged them $4.15 per gallon of heating oil. The current prices I can get from many other local companies are $3.15. That's a 31% rip-off! How can they treat their customers like this? My parents are not sophisticated enough to shop around. Whomever is reading this, I hope you are.
