We used them for a while and had to get someone else to clean our furnace out after because they were doing it too cheaply. Recently we decided to give them another shot at the behest of our landlord and they tried to trick us about the price and then unprompted: told us to "watch out" if we don't buy oil for them because if something happens they won't come to help us. What the heck?
