Made an oil delivery they didn't show up. I called and asked when the delivery was going to come. They told me to put diesel in the tank to keep the heat going. They never showed up after continuing to tell me different delivery days. Left my family in the cold. Shame on you
We have been served by the oil company Fawsett Energy for at least 12 years. We have a contract for auto delivery of the oil, a service plan for annual cleaning and tune up of our heating system, and a plan for replacing the oil tank in case it leaks (ours is very old). In these 12 years we have NEVER had any problems or issues. We never think or worry about the oil because it is delivered automatically and only when it is needed. Oil prices all the time is ,80 cent more Look for lower prices
Watch out this oil supplier, higher price for oil and service. Complaint to their service, they wont care about your complaint. Got the yellow card about the guaranteed price, there is a catch, raise the oil price 4X times without tell the customer. Lesson learned, never again, tell people all I know stay AWAY this company.
