Do yourself a favor and ask every question you might think of before signing anything with them. I have been overcharged around a dollar more per gallon of heating oil for the last two winters and have yet to learn that it is just because they claim that something can happen in the middle of the night and someone will come over and take care of it. So, stupid me that let them blindside me during all this time.

This company upsold me their service contract, but a year later told me that on top of the fee for the service contract, they also charge more per gallon, because, to quote them, "no one would pay for the actual cost of the service contract so we hide it in the price of the oil."
They came to my house for service it took them 3 visits to figured the problem they replaced parts that didn’t have to be replaced because they guessed the problem and now they are expecting me to pay for it. And for my luck the third time the Tech doubted himself and came back or they would’ve replaced another part that wasn’t the problem . I paid them $663 including parts that wasn’t the problem and now they still charging me another $156 more on top of it for another part that didn’t have to be replaced . Bring back my pa... read more
