I walked out of this office feeling AMAZING!!! I've been in pain for months and it's GONE!!!
I'm new to the area and today my back went out completely, every time I move it takes my breath away. I understand I'm a new patient but I'm also a patient in extreme pain and needed help. The girl that answered just said, nope nothing until Aug 1st for new patients and quickly said "good-bye". Didn't even give me a chance to ask if she was aware of other chiropractors in her area or if someone cancelled could they fit me in, nothing. My chiropractor was out of town for a week and I got injured. I called Fawcett and they said they couldn’t get a new patient in for 4 weeks. Im sure they are great but I miss places that still operate with compassion.
I messed up my neck on a Sunday and I couldn't move my head up, down, side to side...whatever I did I just couldn't move. When I did try all I heard was grinding which caused quite a bit of panic as I've never heard that before. So Monday morning I started calling and my 1st call was to Fawcett Chiropractic. The person who answered was very nice but explained she couldn't get me in till Thursday. I told her I was going to see if could find someone for that same day appt.
