I was treated by Dr Fawcet, 5 years ago. I am now permanently disabled and on a pension. He refused to do a simple X-ray, at my request, which would have revealed the vertebrae fracture in time to treat it. By the time I found another doc, who would accept worker's comp ins., the fracture had healed, in the broken position... nothing more could be done.
