Hair Professionally Done by "Michelle." This was the "FIRST" time I've gotten Braids (since the Early 80's) and my Scalp was NOT Aching for Days on End. I was in "Awe" with the "Fullness, Coverage, The Uniformity in All the Braids, the Great Night Sleep I had, etc. I will " HIGHLY" Recommend this Lady. The owner Michelle was very polite, kind, and knowledgeable. This week for the first time in years I’ve decided to have passion twists crocheted as a protective style. I looked online for reviews in my area and came across Michielle’s salon. I was so glad to see the positive reviews. I made an appointment online and Michelle accommodated me at 6am in the morning! Wow. It was a clean salon and in a safe neighborhood. I will be going back to see her to add in box braids. I’m thrilled to share that I had a great experience.

Michelle worked me in on the same day, she asked questions and made sure she knew exactly how I wanted my hair before starting. The hair that is provided is great quality and she has multiple shades to pick from. The prices are reasonable and her work is beautiful. You can tell that she has a passion for what she does everything was done with the spirit of excellence. I LOVE my braids I will definitely be back!!

I scheduled an appointment for Nubian twists. My first red flag was the braider (Michelle) showing up late while I waited in the lobby of the building). The second red flag was sitting in her chair and her telling me that I can't get the braids that I made the appointment for because they don't have the hair. Let’s start by saying I’ve been to plenty places to get my hair braided. Favorite Hair Braiding is by far the best! Customer service is exceptional, clean, Michelle and her staff has definitely gave me an exceptional experience!! Customer service is truly hard to come by and they create an atmosphere that is pleasant and comfortable and most importantly truly respectful! Awesome!
