I would suggest to anyone to stear clear of this terrible dentist. Cocky front desk lady, aggressive hygentist and Dr young kim is a terrible person/dentist. Aggressive hygentist broke 1yr old filling out of my daughters tooth during routine cleaning. They said they would fix it for free next day when she was getting another filling. When she arrived young kim said he would not honor it and make her cry than preceded to tell her she was being hysterical and kicked her out of the office. Scam place do not go here went there with a coupon for a single tooth extraction paid the 150 I flinched a little and then told me it was going to 1200 dollars and they never gave my money back they get you in there and take your money Scam!!!
Absolutely Outstanding Service! Megan is the Best! My first visit to this office was an incredibly positive experience. From start to finish, the team was professional and efficient. Went there due to a back moler being cracked. The hygienist was unprofessional asking me if I've EVER had my teeth cleaned and making rude remarks while I was in the room. Then the other lady that helps the dentist and take care of the bill before the work was done was so disrespectful and degrading. I told her that I didnt have a lot of money so can we see what we can do with my PPO insurance that I have. Had a tooth than eroded and broke off at the gum line. Dr Kim extracted with only numbing of the area. Very comfortable caring environment.
