I spent a total of 6 hours with Cynthia and close to $400. I expressed to her I was not happy with the balayage and there was a patch of dye missing in the back. I went back one time for her to fix the front of my hair which looked yellow. Each time I left my hair looked fine until I got home and was able to see all the parts she missed and uneven highlights. She did not fix, or even try to refer me to someone that can fix it. Very unsatisfied and will not be returning.
I made an appointment on the website as that was the only way to do do. I waited past my appointment time and she never showed up. As I was leaving I was told i didn't schedule the appointment correctly as I had no appointment or i was so stupid i went to the wrong place. I attached the screen shot to show I DID INDEED have one. Very rude. Why not just let us go? You have to come out and be insulting as we are getting in the car?!

I’m super picky about who does my hair so from day one, I knew she understood how I was with my hair and she understood how I wanted it done from day one when she was at Ulta. She has been doing my hair since and she is the only one allowed to touch my hair. My oldest daughter gets her hair done too with Cynthia and just loves her personality as do I.
