I went there because my computer wouldn’t come on. They gave me the run around and told me that it would 4 to 5 business days. I called Valley Computers they immediately told me that the charger was bad! I wouldn’t recommend them for my computer needs I went directly to Valley Computers and the helped me immediately!!

I was in a rough situation and needed to get the back off of my 2015 MacBook Pro. I didn't have the right tool and couldn't get what I needed shipped to me. I called and they told me to stop by and they would help me. I stopped in and not only did he remove the two screws that wouldn't come out with the tool I had, but he gave me the tool I would need to deal with it in the future! Extremely friendly and helpfull!
Dwayne replaced my laptop battery and sanitized my laptop! He is my IT go to. I could not run a company without him. Excellent service! Thanks Dwayne!
I definitely recommend this guy , I called needing some stuff done to new computer and I don’t know much about them and he helped me all the way and had me in and out in now time ! He even took the time to setup all my stuff that I didn’t even know it needed . I won’t use anyone but him from now on ! Thank you so much
