We Lived at the apartments on 9624 forest drive off 45th in highland. Were there a short time and it was a disaster. Loud music playing all through the day/night coming from downstairs. it's so loud you can hear the words perfectly from our apartment. I bought house from them two years ago. I had inspection, and it all looked beatiful. It is an old house, built in 1930, completely "fliped". And after two years living in this house I have to replace roof because is leaking - terrible work done and very cheap materials! Another repair I need to do is repairing foundation. On July 4th, They sent us a one way email that we can't respond back to saying there was a sewage problem here at 9626/9624 Forrest drive in Highland and that they were shutting off the water. It has been more than 2 FULL DAYS and NO WATER or ANY COMMUNICATION AT ALL!! How is this legal?! Can they really just leave us without any running water or can't even use our toilets because they are so cheap, they don't want to call a plumber because it's 4th of July weekend so it will cost them more?? I have seen them in the streets several times disregarding traffic laws. Most recently this morning, turning onto the middle lane not only turning very slowly but directly turning into the middle lane on 165th. On Calumet Ave, last week I saw them turning last minute. They will cause an accident if they keep disregarding traffic laws.
I am trying to sell my house. I reached out (3) times to request a phone call to discuss my house.
