On July 4th, They sent us a one way email that we can't respond back to saying there was a sewage problem here at 9626/9624 Forrest drive in Highland and that they were shutting off the water. It has been more than 2 FULL DAYS and NO WATER or ANY COMMUNICATION AT ALL!! How is this legal?! Can they really just leave us without any running water or can't even use our toilets because they are so cheap, they don't want to call a plumber because it's 4th of July weekend so it will cost them more?? I have seen them in the streets several times disregarding traffic laws. Most recently this morning, turning onto the middle lane not only turning very slowly but directly turning into the middle lane on 165th. On Calumet Ave, last week I saw them turning last minute. They will cause an accident if they keep disregarding traffic laws.
I am trying to sell my house. I reached out (3) times to request a phone call to discuss my house.
Just as an update to my last review a month ago for the apartment building on 9626 and 9624 Forrest drive in Highland, after leaving two emails and a review, they FINALLY came out and posted a paper on everyone's door saying no marijuana smoking or loud music after 9pm. Unfortunately, that didn't deter anyone as we're on the top floor and the people across from us as I'm writing this review at 11:13pm are still blasting their bass heavy music in what has been a daily occurrence.
