I wish I could give him a no star rating. Very rude, disrespectful. Absolutely no bedside manners. treats patients like they are not worthy of his time. Will never use him again or refer anyone to him.
I would onto have him see anyone I loved. I used to like him but after today knowing I was coming in for refills and a brown recluse bite that my surgeon pointed out yesterday. He couldn’t see me yesterday so my 3 refills and checking the bite was scheduled together. He said it was to much on him and people like me put him in overload. Yes I let everyone there know why I wouldn’t be back bc that’s his job as a dr. Patient care comes first and not work over load. Schedule differently.
Has to be about the worst doctor I have ever met. He has the worst bed side manner. He acts like he could care less if you are there or not. I have only been there 2 times because I was looking for a personal physician but I will not be going back. His receptionist and nurses are great. I really don't know how he is still in business.
Very easy to get an appointment. Staff & Dr are very professional & friendly.
I have not been here yet, and I already want to change my mind. The people I talked to on the phone are very rude, insulting, and just completely disrespectful.
Dr. Fava is a wonderful doctor even though he's cold, rushes u & not personal. His BIGGESTproblem(literally) is a nurse named Ashley. All the other staff is wonderful, hardworking while Ashley sits hidden away(prob 4public safety)thank God! Shes rude to the staff n front of patients, cruel to patients, talks bad about them in front of office & hangs up on patients! His own family said he's lost patients cuz of her! Staff&patients pray she leaves so we'll have a DONT MISS YA party!
Kept interrupting me. My blood pressure is out of control and we never even spoke about it. I'm under a lot of stress and all he did was refer me off. What if I have a heart attack???
