I've both bought and sold a home with Luke and Zach. Both experiences were fantastic. The most recent experience, selling, was well beyond expectations. I talked to them on Monday. They staged the house on Tuesday. Took photos on Wednesday. Listed the house on Thursday. Did an open house on Sunday. On Monday, one week after I called to sell the house, I had a Google Sheet full of great offers and we negotiated for a cash sale $25,000 over asking price with inspection and appraisal waived.
