My experience with Fautore Realty was a mixed bag, to say the least. While landlord Vince himself was great and responsive, the property manager, Beau, seemed out of touch with the condition of the properties under his care. Legitimately the worst realtor I've ever worked with. Vince never answered phone calls, wouldn't show up to properties when scheduled to, and it took me physically walking into the office and demanding an audience to get any answers about the house I had put an offer on. We started the buying process in July and withdrew our offer in November, as the process came to a dead stop for three months. 0/10, would not recommend.

Vincent Taliercio did not expose the truth about selling us a property which he also has a interests in. We are still waiting for our deposit which his refuse to refund.
