Booked a haircut with Emily. Unfortunately, left with a cut that was shorter than what I asked for with layers I specifically didn't want cut short. It was a very basic cut for the price (~$100). Now looking at 1-2 months of grow-out, which is very frustrating. Tried to reach out to resolve, but not able to work anything out. Amanda did an AMAZING JOB on my hair. My hair has always been difficult to lift, but she is a pro! Hero superstar! Lol. Atmosphere was chill. Very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone! Thank you so much!!!!!
I got my hair done with Amanda and she did amazing!!! I got my full head pink, it took a while but that was because my hair is naturally a very dark shade. She is super kind and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. It was a bit more than expected, but that was because it was by hour and she also went out of her way to find the specific pink I wanted. I would say it was worth it.
I bought some hair product here. I consulted with the stylist about what would be right and me and asked before I bought it whether I could return it if I didn't like it. When I went to return it they told me they only do exchanges and I didn't really want anything else.
I feel bad leaving such a low star review, but I honestly was super disappointed with my experience. My stylist seemed really young and inexperienced. I asked for a root touch up on my dark brown hair and left with my hair almost black, in an unnatural way. I could have covered my grays at home with a darker colour, the reason I went to a hair salon was for professional hair care...additionally I was charged for the hair dye at the end, without being asked or consulted whether that was ok for me, felt sneaky and weird, cant ... read more
