Great experience with Faust! It was very easy to schedule, our plumber (John) was on time, and did the job seamlessly! Bryan and John both had wonderful customer service as well. Bryan replied to emails quickly and efficiently. I would definitely recommend Faust and would use them again for future needs.
Yelp recommended Faust Plumbing to me. Bryan contacted me to see what my plumbing issue was. Because the plumbers were busy, and this was not an emergency, he graciously gave me a series of instructions of what to test and check for. As I tried the ideas and switched out the old parts on this 1985 Mansfield, I decided to replace the gasket under the tank.
