These people are very honest and fair. We were traveling from out of state and picked up a bolt in our tire. Had to put the donut spare on the car and limp to the nearest tire shop. The owner at Fausett’s offered to sell us a tire at a very fair discounted rate, but his associate did his due diligence and checked our compromised tire to find that it was not leaking after removing the bolt. Had a broken mower in Lakeland georgia. I would not take it to the Knuckleheads down in Valdosta if you broke my leg and made me (not naming names). Luckily I found Fausetts Automotive, and they were able to come pick it up, fix it, and bring it back to me for probably the least amount of money I would have ever imagined. These guys are excellent, professional, and they will definitely be in my Rolodex should I need their services again. Thanks very much!
