I was suppose to get my horn fixed as soon as they received the part. The owner guaranteed my horn would be fixed as soon as they got the part. He didn’t say he will charge whether the horn is fixed or not. He guaranteed my horn would be repaired as soon the part for the horn came. The horn didn’t get fixed and he still charged me which is unprofessional .

I took my mother’s 2015 Ford Explorer in to get the horn fixed took them months to get the part in after getting the part in and replacing it horn did not work and they refuse to give me a refund explain to me how them fixing the car and it being over $800 and not giving me my money back for work that they did not finish

These people are very honest and fair. We were traveling from out of state and picked up a bolt in our tire. Had to put the donut spare on the car and limp to the nearest tire shop. The owner at Fausett’s offered to sell us a tire at a very fair discounted rate, but his associate did his due diligence and checked our compromised tire to find that it was not leaking after removing the bolt. They went the extra mile for us, removed the spare and put our uncompomised tire back on,,,,,no charge! I would highly recommend this sho... read more
