I've had several mammograms here and every time has been a good experience. No wait on arrival; kind, professional staff. And, I've been able to get an appointment within a week. I highly recommend.

Extremely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I contacted Fakhir Health System to schedule a test for my heart and was met with a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service. The individual who answered the phone barely spoke English and kept asking me the same question multiple times, which made the process confusing and exhausting. I was apprehensive to come here based on the reviews, but they had an appointment one week out, whereas everyone else was over a month wait. I was terrified of a lump I found and needed to get it checked asap so I booked the appointment. From the moment I got there to the moment I left I was treated with the upmost respect and care. Truly everyone I came in contact with was wonderful and supportive. The radiologist even came in the room with the sonographer to get a better look at the area in real time. Do not come here to do your MRI or you are going to have a problem getting the results like I do. I went to get my MRI done here and after 2 weeks, I called my doctors office if they got the result and they said NO, there is nothing in their file. I called the MRI Dept. ..they said they already send it. I called my doctor's office they said they haven't...gave me a fax number for the MRI dept to fax it to them. I called the MRI and told them to fax it and I have the fax number. They said it don't work that way...I have to ca... read more
