We had Fault Line Plumbing, Inc. come out and replace an old toilet for us. Every part of the process was straightforward and easy and we were able to get on the schedule quickly. Fault Line Plumbing, Inc was great and answered all my questions and was very patient with my jumpy dog.

Excellent service every step of the way. Scheduling was fast and easy. Prior to our appointment, our technician called to confirm our address and provide an ETA which was appreciated. Fault Line Plumbing, Inc. arrived right on time and was very professional. Found the issue right away and very clearly explained it to us. Leak was fixed in about an hour. We have used a lot of plumbers in the past, but I would say this was one of the best and we will for sure use again.

I was incredibly happy with the water heater installation. Fault Line Plumbing took the time before I bought to know what I needed and go through the options with me. He was also incredibly patient at teaching me where all the safety features were and how it all worked.
