CVM has been awesome to me I bought a Volkwagen Routan off of CVM and my experience has been great. I just got my free 6000 mile service done and when I came in to get the car they had it washed and ready to go for me. Avan was so very helpful when he was scheduling my service and getting me a loaner car. I would reccomend CVM to anyone and plan to come back for service and to get my next car, too.
go somewhere else unless you like high pressure sales, filthy showrooms and used car nightmares. I do not recommend at all. My best friend has a car that should have been checked before sold and they refuse to fix it. Imagine buying a car and the first time you bring it on the highway it bucks and stalls...then you find out the thousand dollar repair is not under their supposedly peace of mind warranty. yes, stay clear friends on carlisle pike. cvm is a complaint magnet.
