While taking a two road trip through Pennsylvania to New York my 2006 Toyota 4Runner had alternator failure and Faulkner Toyota Dealership happened to be on our route. The Service Rep Ryan responded to our plight with assurance they would have us on the road again in a few hours. They provided a loaner car,, help to get our stranded vehicle to the shop, and had our vehicle in the shop and repaired in about four hours with a new alternator installed a fair price. I had brought my 2014 Toyota Corolla in for a leak and inspection. Eli did a fantastic job found the leak and fixed it. I was kept inform the whole time. He was very well mannered and empathetic towards us. We will be coming back for sure.
The entire service went very well, & Ryan England is an exceptional service rep.. however, the price quoted to repair/replace the roof antenna was outrageous!!!!!
It is great place but they do not check jobs already done on your car prior asking you some tasks to be performed .
